The aim of WP1 is to ensure clear and effective project workflow.
This WP contributes to the project objective:
- SO1. Creating communities of practice and effective partnership in line with contemporary project management practices and empowering educators across Europe in meaningful use of AI and LD in educational practices

WP2: Vision of Learning Design
This WP contributes to the project objective:
- SO2. Bringing LD closer to educators by providing storytelling environment to prepare a guiding vision of LD
The specific objectives of WP2 are:
- Investigating the state-of-play and educators’ perspectives on how to form a vision of a course
- Upgrading the BDP tool with a storyboard and a plug-in for determining the weights of LOs
Deliverables:
- Research report/paper regarding preparation of a course vision, based on focus groups and literature review
- Software upgrade (BDP tool) with a storyboard and determining learning outcome weights
WP3: AI Assistant for LD

WP3: AI Assistant for LD
This WP leads to fulfilling the project specific objective:
- SO3. Harnessing the potential of AI to support educators in developing sound LD in line with Bologna principles
The specific objectives of this WP:
- Determining the user requirements for the AI assistant in LD and development of a new version of the AI assistant in the BDP tool
- Evaluation of the AI assistant in the BDP tool, publishing the final version of the AI assistant and the model of use
- Further upgrading the accessibility of the BDP tool by enabling additional languages
Deliverables:
- User requirements specification and developed new version of the AI assistant in LD for educators
- Evaluated and upgraded BDP tool with the AI assistant
- Additional language version enabled in the BDP tool
WP4: LD and Course Delivery Ecosystem

WP4: LD and Course Delivery Ecosystem
This WP contributes to the project specific objective:
- SO4. Upgrading the links between the LD concept and tool, LMS and AI assistance and enabling content creation to support educators in creating meaningful learning experiences
WP4 aims to improve the connections between the LD, related tools, LMS and AI support to use learning analytics (LA) and enable the creation of content that supports educators in creating meaningful learning experiences.
The specific objectives of WP4 are:
- Investigating the needs for further upgrades of the LD and course delivery ecosystem based on literature, educators’ input and learning analytics
- Enabling AI-assisted content creation
- Supporting educators in development and delivery of sound LD and learning analytics on an international scale
Deliverables:
- Needs analysis based on literature review and interviews with educators and outputs of LA
- AI assistant for content creation
- Workshops on conferences on the learning design and course delivery ecosystem (LAK etc.)
WP5: Study Program LD

WP5: Study Program LD
WP5 contributes to the project specific objective:
- SO5. Broadening the scope of application of LD to student-centered study programs and complex curricula and supporting policy development to streamline meaningful use of AI and LD in educational practices
The specific objectives of WP5 are:
- Investigating practices in study program development and the role of learning analytics
- Developing a concept and a BDP tool upgrade for agile study program development based on the findings and in line with the principles of LD
- Fostering the streamlining of the use of LD and AI in educational practices
Deliverables:
- Case studies of study program curriculum development and role of LA
- Agile study program curriculum design concept and BDP tool upgrade
- Learning materials in the BDP tool (section for training) and promotion activities
